Deputies make drug arrests in Dayhoit and Lawnvale. Man arrested after found hiding in a wall in Rio Vista. Several more Indictment warrants served.
On June 17th, Deputies Caleb Carmical and Austin Reynolds made contact with multiple individuals at a residence on Sutton Drive. Upon entering the residence Deputies observed 2 females attempting to place suspected methamphetamine down their pants.
Monica Napier was arrested by Deputy Austin Reynolds and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.
Candice Fee was arrested by Deputy Caleb Carmical and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine.
On June 20th, Deputy Josh Lewis made contact with 3 subjects outside of a vehicle on KY Hwy 840 at Lawnvale. Through investigation it was determined 1 subject had active warrants and a 2nd subject was arrested for drug possession. A third subject gave a name and date of birth which came back as having an active warrant. The subject then produced her ID of her real identity. She was then arrested for false identification.
Robert Baker was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess and Public intoxication.
Juanita Couch was arrested and charged with Giving Officer False Identifying Information, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess and Possession of Marijuana.
Chelsea Hensley was arrested on a Complaint Warrant and 2 Harlan District Court bench warrants.
On June 21st, Deputies were attempting to serve a Harlan Circuit Court Indictment when they forced entry into a residence at Rio Vista. Through search of the residence they discovered a subject hiding in the walls of the residence.
Shaun Johnson was arrested by Deputy Josh Sargent on a Circuit Court Indictment warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess and Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug. Johnson was also additionally charged due to more methamphetamine being located at the residence along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies serve several more Indictments this week including multiple from HCSO investigations.
Dylan Blair was arrested by Deputy Josh Sargent in Cumberland on a Circuit Court Indictment for Murder.
William Doan was arrested by Deputy Josh Lewis in Kenvir on 2 Circuit Court Indictments. The first for Trafficking in Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess. The second for Receiving Stolen Property $10,000 or more.
Caleb Crider was arrested by Deputy CJ Reed in Cumberland on a Circuit Court Indictment for Theft by Unlawful Taking over $1,000 and with a Complaint Warrant for Fleeing or Evading the Police on Foot 2nd Degree.
Sam Maggard was arrested by Deputy Jeremy Jones in Bledsoe for a Circuit Court Indictment for Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine and 3 Harlan District Court bench warrants.
Wilbern Maden was arrested by Deputy Josh Sargent in Elcomb on a warrant taken by Harlan County Animal Control for Cruelty to Animals 2nd Degree and 2 Harlan District Court bench warrants.
Taylor Perkins was arrested by Deputy Austin Reynolds in Dayhoit on a Circuit Court Indictment for Frad Use of a Credit Card and a Complaint Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking and Theft by Deception Cold Checks. After not being medically cleared Perkins was cited with a court date.
David Owens was served a Circuit Court Indictment warrant at HCDC by Deputy Jacob Rich after being previously arrested by HCSO and presented to a grand jury. Owens was charged with Assault 4th Degree Domestic Violence, Unlawful Imprisonment, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Drug Unspecified, Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess.
Austin Barga of Dayhoit was served a Circuit Court Indictment warrant at HCDC by Deputy Jacob Rich for Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree. Barga was also served with a warrant taken by Deputy Caleb Carmical for Burglary 3rd Degree and Receiving Stolen Property over $1,000
