Traffic stop in Wallins leads to multiple drug arrests

Traffic stop in Wallins leads to multiple drug arrests. Pathfork man arrested on drug trafficking indictment. Drug arrest made after a traffic stop on Hwy 38.
On September 24th, Deputy Caleb Carmical and K9 Sjors conducted a traffic stop in Wallins stemming from a drug trafficking investigation. Sjors was deployed and gave indication of the presence of controlled substances. Through a search, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located. 
Bobby Couch was arrested by Deputy Carmical and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess, Disregarding a Stop Sign and Inadequate Silencer (Muffler).  Additionally Couch was served with a Fugitive of Justice From Another State warrant.
Bobby Freeman was arrested by Deputy Carmical and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess.
On September 19th while on patrol around 2 AM on KY Hwy 38, Deputy Jeremy Jones conducted a traffic stop near a known drug trafficking area. Through investigation it was determined the driver had multiple warrants. Through search incident to arrest suspected methamphetamine was found. 
Sim York was arrested by Deputy Jones and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine, Drug Paraphernalia buy/possess, Giving Officer False Identifying Information, as well as with a Probation Violation warrant and 2 Harlan District Court bench warrants. 
On September 15th, Deputy Caleb Carmical arrested a male subject in Pathfork on a drug trafficking indictment stemming from a multi agency investigation.
Cody Jones was arrested by Deputy Carmical on the indictment charging him with Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree Fentanyl and Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree Methamphetamine as well as with a Harlan District Court bench warrant.
Several drug trafficking investigations are ongoing and more arrests are pending.
