On September 26th, Lynch PD officers in conjunction with the Harlan County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant on a safe recovered from the residence of Candy Ball and Calvin Pace. Located in the safe was a firearm, approximately 2 ounces ($16000 street value) of suspected heroin, US currency and drug paraphernalia associated with drug trafficking. The investigation is ongoing with additional arrests and charges pending.
